I've placed my order, when will it ship?

All orders will ship within 2 business days. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email. The shipping time depends on where you live. Click here for shipping estimates per country.


The item I want is out of stock, will it come back?

Items that are marked sold out will be restocked. Sold out items that won't get restocked will be removed from the site. If you would like to know when a specific item will get back in stock, please send a mail to contact@neinties.com.


Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. You can rest assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will not be shared with third parties. Neinties uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. During checkout - If SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.


    How do I return or exchange an item?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return here.

    Please note that at the moment Neinties cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the online shop. If you want to purchase a different item, another size or color please return the purchased item and place a new order in the online shop.
